All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 5 days (excluding major holidays) for your item(s) to be shipped. Typically orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed depending on payment authorization and stock. Orders are shipped from northern California.
What terms apply to shipping?
We are not able to make changes to the details of an order once it is placed.
FedEx does not offer service to true United States Postal Service P.O. boxes. Third-party mailbox services are acceptable.
Shipping rates will vary depending weight and order size. This is subject to constant change.
Please allow 7-10 business days after your order has been confirmed and shipped. If your order is outside of this time frame please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a placed order is out of stock before the item can be shipped the item is immediately refunded.

We offer free exchanges and returns on all orders, allowing you to try on as many sizes and styles as you like. We are available to help with any product questions you may have by emailing email@example.com
-All merchandise returned must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.-All regular price items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
-Please use the complimentary return label enclosed in your shipment to send back your order for a refund or exchange.
-Please fill out and enter your original order number on the enclosed RA request form.
-Exchanges are subject to availability.
-Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a credit to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
What about sale items?
-Sale items are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for a credit or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
-If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all callina garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Would you like to exchange?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
Where do I drop off my returns?
-You can drop off your return at any USPS Mailing Center.
-If you elect to use your own shipping service, please save the tracking number until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return.
